Full moon. 2026
This work was born out of my personal experience of loss and my complex, contradictory relationship with the Moon. My father passed away during a full moon, and from that moment on the Moon became for me both fear and anticipation - something I subconsciously dread and yet wait for every month. This painting is about a state of closeness that arises on the threshold between fear and acceptance. Reflected moonlight connects sky and water as symbols of the past and the present.

Everyone is equal. 2026
When you meet a wave, you clearly feel that you belong to nature - where a human is just a tiny part of a vast planet. In the lineup, there is no nationality or citizenship
- only you and the ocean. The surf community is open, kind, and connected. I once stayed at a hotel owned by Lebanese people, where half of the guests were Israeli.
In the evenings, we sat by the fire and laughed about how, back home, they live in constant conflict.
Lately the world feels tense and fragile. Watching stories from friends across the globe fills me with fear. No one knows where a missile will land tomorrow or who will be blamed for suffering.
This work is both my personal escape and an attempt to capture a moment that still exists. A parallel reality where we - people - live in peace and harmony.
